Theft of Product (Warehouse)

	- Before Incident
		- Identify and establish physical security measures at the facility.
		- Train staff on the use of physical security measures.

	- During Incident
		- Staff will not attempt to detain suspects.
		- Document all information regarding the incident, including any available information identifying the suspect, the product, the facility in which the theft occurred.
		- Notify local police.

	- After Incident
		- Review physical security measures for weaknesses.
		- Supplement physical security and train staff to overcome security weaknesses.
